Our mission is to provide an informal yet sophisticated dining experience in our bar and restaurant.

Whether you are out for a meal during the week or in catering for your party or event, our menus offer great choice variety, and value for money with a broad spectrum of modern Irish and European Cuisine. To add to your comfort we offer a kids menu designed by kids, and Coeliac friendly & Vegetarian dishes as standard.

The Chefs

Led by Bridie Mullaney, our team of qualified chefs have worked all over the world, their combined flair and experience allow us to offer a food style and presentation that encompasses international tastes in a modest and satisfying manner.

You will be content to know we make all our soups, sauces and desserts from scratch, this is why we can make any of our sauces gluten free.

Our very popular desserts are made in house and our menu offers colour, variety and critically, taste to delight the senses!

Our Suppliers

We use only well aged and traditionally reared Irish Beef which is supplied to us by Gilligan Farm Fresh Meats in Roscommon. Noel Gilleran & Sons in Roscommon supply our pork and bacon products and our fish is delivered fresh on a daily basis from Morgans Fine Fish in Clogherhead, Co Louth. All our Fruit & Vegetables are sourced locally and delivered fresh every day by Bertie Glancy & Sons in Elphin The Bread we don’t bake ourselves comes from another quality Producer and trusted Family Business, Molloys Bakery.

We know our suppliers well, they are local where possible and Irish. They look after us in terms of quality produce. So you see people and quality is at the core of what we do.
